As an in-house content and SEO strategist, I’ve led initiatives that significantly improved organic search performance, engaged audiences, and drove measurable business results. From developing editorial strategies to fine-tuning content, my work is focused on driving growth, increasing visibility, and keeping readers (and customers) coming back for more.

Overall content strategy
Goals: Increase content production and quarterly organic search traffic to the website and blog.
Role: Developed and managed the go-to-market editorial calendar and SEO strategy in line with business objectives and industry trends. Managed content production workflows for writers and designers, while also supervising and training a content analyst and contract writer to become fully scalable contributors within six months.
Results: Doubled traffic year-over-year, exceeded 112% of customer signup goals, and doubled content output quarter-over-quarter.
SEO question guide strategy
Goals: Rank on page 1 of Google for survey question guides tailored to specific personas and use cases.
Role: Conducted SEO and content research, along with competitor analysis, to identify relevant question guide terms. Built SEO content briefs, targeted featured snippets, scheduled content for the quarter, assigned writers, and assisted with final publication tasks.
Results: Ranked on page 1 for 10+ survey question guides, including:
- Open ended questions (110,000 MSV)
- Close ended questions (40,500 MSV)
- Leading questions (18,100 MSV)
- Demographic survey questions (3,600 MSV)
Managing content editor
Goals: Improve visibility for high-value and high-volume keywords related to customer, employee, and product experiences, aiming for page 1 rankings on Google within six months.
Role: Developed optimization strategies, wrote SEO and content briefs, and provided final editorial approval for 87 blog posts, SEO optimizations, and landing page content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and SEO best practices.
Results: Achieved page 1 rankings on Google for 70% of primary keywords (500+ search volume) within three months, including:
- NPS calculator (246,000 MSV)
- Customer journey map (90,000 MSV)
- Product market fit (27,000 MSV)
Content lead for product launches
Goals: Increase brand visibility and traffic for “eNPS” and employee-related terms.
Role: Supported the launch of the eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) product by developing a landing page, blog post, email copy, and SEO strategy to rank for “eNPS” and related terms.
Results: Achieved first-page rankings for keywords including:
- eNPS (110,000 MSV)
- Employee net promoter score (110,000 MSV)
- Employee lifecycle (14,800 MSV)
